sit n reach : 48cm. (that was totally unpredictable and my eyes cant even see the markings)
Inclinde pull ups : 17 (oh yea i learnt my lesson to not do over shot)
Shuttle Run : 10.7sec (woots , 1 try and no more)
Sit-Ups : 31 (as usual , 1 more than the A grade. thank you tiger balm)
Standing Broad Jump : 180cm (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 182 IS A)
